Both of us are creatives (Osmaan is a Graphic Designer and UX Designer, and Alaa is a UX Designer, Architect and Urban Planner). We've each always been asked to design for friends and family over the years, so it made sense for us to start a side gig. The idea for Mubdian was born late 2017 when we thought of putting our own designs on t-shirts and greeting cards - the latter of which we're still excited to bring to you!
We sure do! Just plug in your city, country and Zip code on our checkout screen to see how much it costs (good news: it will be around the same shipping cost that you're used to paying for similar goods in your country!).
When we say your product will arrive in 3-5 days after fulfillment, or 1-3 days after fulfillment, that just means that your item will ship after we make it for you (yep, that's right, everything on our site is made to order!). Standard fulfillment takes anywhere from 2-7 business days, with the average time of 2.6 days.
If you haven't heard from us, it's possible that your order is still being fulfilled (i.e., made to order) and hasn't yet shipped. You may view your order details (found in your confirmation email) at any time. If you need further assistance, you may reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help!
If your order is a gift, we can include a special message for your recipient on the shipment's packing slip. After placing your order, please send us an email at email@example.com with your message (up to 300 characters) and we'll make sure it gets added in at no extra cost. We'll also hide item prices.
Due to customs regulations, we cannot hide prices for shipments sent outside of the United States.
Shopping for clothing online can be tough, we know! Sometimes things don't fit exactly the way you'd like. That's why we offer full refunds on all t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies as long as they're postmarked back to us within 7 days of receipt. We can only offer refunds on clothing that is still unused and in brand new condition (we cannot accept items that have been worn, aside from having been tried on for sizing).
Please also note that we currently do not allow refunds on any of our accessories (e.g., mugs, bags, prints, pillows, etc.) or custom-made items.
We cannot offer free returns at this time (small business woes!).
