Q: Which one of you designs what?

We get asked this question a lot! It's actually pretty even. Sometimes, one of us will come up with the idea and the other executes it, or we'll both focus on bringing one idea to life.

Q: What inspired you to start Mubdian?

Both of us are creatives (Osmaan is a Graphic Designer and UX Designer, and Alaa is a UX Designer, Architect and Urban Planner). We've each always been asked to design for friends and family over the years, so it made sense for us to start a side gig. The idea for Mubdian was born late 2017 when we thought of putting our own designs on t-shirts and greeting cards - the latter of which we're still excited to bring to you!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! Just plug in your city, country and Zip code on our checkout screen to see how much it costs (good news: it will be around the same shipping cost that you're used to paying for similar goods in your country!).

Q: What's your return policy?

Shopping for clothing online can be tough, we know! Sometimes things don't fit exactly the way you'd like. That's why we offer full refunds on all t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies as long as they're postmarked back to us within 7 days of receipt. We can only offer refunds on clothing that is still unused and in brand new condition (we cannot accept items that have been worn, aside from having been tried on for sizing). Please also note that we currently do not allow refunds on any of our accessories (e.g., mugs, bags, prints, pillows, etc.) or custom-made items. We cannot offer free returns at this time (small business woes!). Contact us at info@mubdian.com or (844) MUBDIAN to initiate your refund.
