Every piece is made to order, just for you. Most US orders arrive in 6–11 business days from the day you order. That covers making it and shipping it.
Shipping is free on US orders over $100 and UK and EU orders over $125. Under that, you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. Free shipping can't be combined with a discount code: if you use a code, standard shipping is charged.
We ship internationally. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery show at checkout. Orders outside the US may owe customs duties or import taxes; your country sets these, and they're paid when the package arrives.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate packages.
Changed your mind? We get it.
Unopened items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund. Email us at info@mubdian.com with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged, defective or misprinted? We'll replace it for free. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. No need to send it back.
Wrong size? If it's still unopened, return it within 2 weeks and reorder in the size you need. Because each piece is made for you, we can't exchange items that have been opened or worn, so take a look at the size guide before you order.
Custom and personalized items can't be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return reaches us.
Find your fit.
Apparel pages have their own size chart (tap Size guide next to the sizes), because the cut changes from piece to piece.
Our measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Width is straight across the chest, 1 inch below the armpits. Length runs from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
The easiest way to choose: lay a piece you already love flat, measure it the same way, and compare. Between sizes? Our tees run slim, so size up for a roomier fit. Hoodies and sweatshirts are a classic unisex fit.

How long will my order take?
Most US orders arrive in 6–11 business days. Each piece is made for you after you order, so it takes a little longer than something pulled off a shelf, but it's worth it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally. You'll see the cost and estimated delivery at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can at info@mubdian.com. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll gladly change or cancel it. Once it's being made, we can't.
Can I get something personalized, or a design you've retired?
Maybe! Email us a request. We can't take on every one, but we'll see what we can do. Requests like these can take up to 4 weeks.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash cold and inside out on a gentle cycle, then hang to dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print or embroidery. That's it, and it'll stay looking good for years.
How do reviews work?
After your order arrives, we'll email you a link to leave a review. Only real customers can review, and we share every genuine review, good or not so good.

Your information, kept simple.
What we collect. When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
How we use it. To make and ship your order, to send you order and shipping updates, and to send one email asking for a review. If you join our email list or have shopped with us, we may also send you occasional emails about new designs and sales. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with. We share only what's needed with the trusted companies that process payments, make and ship your order, and send our emails.
Cookies. We only use what's needed to keep your cart and check you out. Your browser also remembers how you first found us (for example, from Instagram) and how many times you've visited. That stays in your browser unless you place an order. In the US and some other countries, we also use the Meta Pixel (from Facebook and Instagram) to see which of our ads lead to visits and orders, and to show our ads to people who've visited. Meta may use a cookie for this. We don't use it for visitors in the UK or EU. You can turn off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings. We never sell your data.
Your email. We use the email you give at checkout for your order updates. If you start a checkout in the US and don't finish, we may send you one reminder. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link. If you join our email list, we use your first name and birthday (if you share it) only to send you our emails and a birthday gift. Unsubscribe anytime.
Your choices. Email info@mubdian.com any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.

The fine print.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
Every piece is made to order. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in person, and small variations in print or embroidery placement are part of making things one at a time.
If we can't make or ship your order for any reason, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
All designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Mubdian and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. We actively protect our work and will take action against anyone who copies it.
When you leave a review, you're letting us show it on our site with your first name, last initial and city. We publish every genuine review, except ones with abusive language, someone's personal information, or nothing to do with our products.
