Firstly, I apologize in advance for the long review..
The product is beautifully made and has met my expectations.. the design and the material quality are excellent.. and the package was delivered to me in perfect condition.. so I am thoroughly satisfied with it..
Now onto the less positive aspect of my experience with this order..
I made my order on 04 December 2024 (Singapore time).. upon payment, the receipt stated that the estimated delivery would be between 16 - 20 December 2024.. the receipt also stated that I would be updated once my package has been shipped, and in the event of any severe delay, I will be notified..
On 20 December 2024, I received no update regarding my order, nor did I receive any notice of any delays.. so I sent out an email to the email listed on the website.. there was no reply..
on 21 December 2024, I sent out another email by replying to the original acknowledgement email they sent to me when I made the order.. I even sent them a message via their Instagram page.. once again, no reply..
I even tried calling the number on the website, but for whatever reason, I am unable to get through.. by that point, I even braced myself for the possibility that I just got scammed..
but fortunately after a few days, I received an update stating that my package has been shipped and was expected to arrive between 31 December 2024 and 03 January 2024.. I received it on 02 January 2024.. so, happy ending..
My issue is not so much with the delay, especially when it’s due to factors beyond our control.. it’s unfortunate, but it happens and there’s no blame upon the sellers..
However, the issue I have is that I tried reaching out to the sellers several times and via different avenues.. but I was ignored and left in the dark.. Up till now, I don’t even know if they even read my emails..
So, for the actual product, I would rate it 5 stars.. however, for the customer service and response, I would rate it 1 star.. but I’ll give an overall 4 stars only because I’m happy with the product and I wanna support Muslim businesses..
But I would humbly suggest that the sellers improve their response to customers..
